Manchego cheese with rosemary (250 grs)

Buenalba al Romero is an artisan cheese made from raw sheep’s milk with rosemary inside. Matured between 3 and 4 months in our farm in Tembleque, it is a pressed paste cheese, with marks on the rind of the flower and the pleita.
